What's the status of my order?

We ship all orders with a tracking number. It may take up to 12 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please reach out to us at hello@siriusskincare.nz

When can I expect my order?

Here’s how it works: you order, we make it, then we ship.

Processing takes 3-5 business days, then one of our couriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

What's your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of Sirius Skincare Apothecary products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you receive damaged items, please email us right away at hello@siriusskincare.nz. If you have a concern or question about the product you received, please ask us before you use it. 

Do you offer local pick up?

No, we don't offer local pick ups at this time.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by your destination and product weight and the price will appear at checkout. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

Do you use parabens in your products?

Never! We use premium ingredients in all of our products, including natural minerals, oils, fruit and vegetable butters, and thoughtful formulation with minimal to no preservatives. 

Are your products vegan?

Yes! As of April 2021 we replaced beeswax with coconut wax and we are now officially vegan!

Are your products safe for nursing and pregnancy?

At Sirius Skincare Apothecary, we handcraft all of our products with safety in mind. All of our products are safe to use but we recommend if you're pregnant or nursing to consult with your physician before trying new products.
